Build an endless runner game called "Pup Run" as a single HTML file that runs in a phone or desktop browser.

Star of the game: a Dog named (not given). Show the name on the start screen and in the high score (if no name is given, pick a cute one).
World: Park.
Player age: 6-9. Tune speed, obstacle spacing and how forgiving the hit boxes are to match.

Rules and features:
- The pet runs automatically; tap, click or press space to jump, hold for a higher jump, and double jump in mid-air.
- Obstacles and gaps that fit the world, plus treats to collect.
- Speed rises slowly; distance counter in meters; best distance saved on the device.
- Draw the pet with simple shapes so it clearly looks like the chosen animal, with a running animation.
- Gentle game over with "Run again" in one tap. No lives to buy, no ads.

Your answers are already in. Free, always.
